Regularly replacing your tires is crucial to maintain your vehicle’s safety and performance. Tires naturally wear down over time due to factors such as individual driving habits, road conditions, and tire quality. Generally, experts recommend that you replace your tires at a minimum of every six years and no later than ten years - even if they appear to be in good condition. However, it might be necessary to replace them sooner. Here are some telltale signs that it’s time to replace your tires:
By keeping an eye on any warning signs, you can keep your tires in optimal condition. Regular tire checks and replacing them when necessary will help prevent accidents, enhance your vehicle's performance, and extend your vehicle’s lifespan. Horrible tire - tread completely worn off with only 20,000 miles one them.
Would not use this tire again if you gave them to me. Very hard ride and very noisy.
These tires were installed when I bought my 2018 Equinox. I have 17,400 miles on them and the tread on all 4 tires is completely worn out. They were a good tire when they had tread but are not worth the money.
If you own a Lexus RX, DO NOT buy this tire. It is very a very hard ride and there is a constant rumbling back round noise at almost all speeds. Very irritating.
tread wear is bad. Down to 1/32-2/32 after 31,000 miles requiring replacement. Rotated every 6000 miles so able to use warranty. Amazing performance through rain and snow. Went through snow and ice with no problems. ABS rarely kicked in. Sad to have to replace them with something else but cannot justify only getting half of the expected life. Performance was unchanged all the way down to 2/32. Michelin should have made the tread thicker to start. 8/32 is too shallow to start with. Tread wear rating would be zero if it they had that category
Treadwear was at wearbars with only 32,000 miles and yes they were properly rotated. I’ve purchased Michelin tires for over 30 years but now they’re not what they once were!
Put these on at 52k when the Michelin oem’s wore out; they only lasted 36k and are completely worn out. Noticeable increase in road noise and easily hydroplaned on wet pavement. They were great cornering on dry pavement but only 36k of life is unacceptable.
Only able to get 30,000 miles out of these Michelins on a Toyota 4-runner. They are rated for 60,000 miles.
EXCELLENT TIRE.
